Encryption Removal

Changing MMS or ownership of a studio could mean you need to remove the encryption key stored in the device.

NPE can remove the key from WASP-N and WASP-PoE at our office.

Firmware will be updated to the latest release. Provide return labels with the device shipment, otherwise return shipping cost will be added for the recovered devices.

Note: if you plan to use the Swarm leaderboard, no unlock is required.

Warranty Information
