No need to buy a brand-new treadmill to log your indoor run. Runn easily installs on your existing treadmill and transmits speed, incline, and cadence via ANT+ and Bluetooth so you never miss a step.

Runn is factory calibrated to be accurate to within .1mph at a 5mph treadmill pace to ensure accurate readings right out of the box. This is especially helpful for non-motorized treadmills and treadmills with worn parts that may not be reaching the speeds they did when they were new.

When used with the NPE heartbeatz Connect Apple Watch application, your Runn simultaneously gets all of your treadmill data into you watch, while also including your heart rate in the Bluetooth connection to a virtual training app. Gone are the days of needing to wear a chest strap when you use an Apple Watch with your Runn!

Easy setup and works great with Zwift

Took less than 10 minutes to get it calibrated and running with Zwift. Has also stayed accurate and haven’t had to worry about recalibrating yet. Big plus that I can leave it plugged in and don’t have to worry about charging it like run pods.

Validated my thoughts

I have an Assault Airruner. From day 1 I felt that I was working harder to maintain my paces. For my usual garage gym workouts it wasn’t that big of a deal. However I decided to train for a marathon and felt a more exact readout would be necessary in my training leading up.

After just a few runs the Runn has consistently shown that the computer on my Airrunner is well behind the numbers I’m getting from the Runn. Much more in line with my outdoor runs.

Calibration WAY OFF

Got my Runn yesterday. Set it up and connected to my smart watch without issue. However, the "out of the box" calibration was a total joke. Everything is setup within spec, and it is reading the strips well, but the reported speeds were 2x faster than they should have been. i.e. Set to 3 mph (walking speed), and the Runn was reporting close to 7 mph - not even close. I didn't want to rely on my treadmill to figure out the correct speeds, but unfortunately I had to calibrate the Runn based on my treadmill speeds. I'm disappointed, especially after reading how supposedly these units were well calibrated.

Works great

Works great. Only thing I had to do different from instructions was to epoxy glue the sensors to the treadmill deck. Otherwise they would come off. Once I did that everything works well. I use it with Kinomap

NPE Runn does the job

THe NPE Runn, has made treadmill running interactive and my go to for training, enabling quick and easy connection to Zwift. Postage and comms was fast and complete. Happy owner and user of a couple of NPE products.
